The Surface Charging Mount has a maximum cutout size of 240mm x 140mm or 224mm x 154mm depending on the shape of the cutout.
The cutout range gives drop-in compatibility with almost all 8-inch and smaller chartplotters and instrument displays. For 9-inch chartplotters, the following are compatible:
Garmin Echomap 9x2 – 246x141mm
Simrad NSX9 / B&G Zeus3 9 – 226x135mm
Raymarine Axiom/Axiom Pro – 239x152.5mm*
* The Raymarine Axiom/Axiom Pro cutout extends beyond Orca Surface Mount's maximum cutout area. The Raymarine cutout template has cornered edges, so if your cutout follows the Raymarine cutout template closely – the Orca Charging Mount will support the cutout.
If you have a 9" Axiom:
Print the attached cutout template on a A4 paper without scaling or fitting
Verify that the printout dimensions are correct with a ruler
Temporarily remove your Axiom
Place the Orca Cutout Template on top of the cutout and verify that the four screw holes at the edge of the template are located outside your existing cutout
