If you are selling your Display 2 or otherwise want to factory reset it, do the following:
Open Main Menu > Apps
Navigate to Settings > System > Reset options > Erase all data (factory reset)
Click Erase all data
If you are unable to unlock the Orca Display 2, you can factory reset via recovery mode.
Charge your Display 2 to at least 20% charge and then remove the charging cable
Turn off the device completely. Wait 1 minute.
Press and hold the power and volume up buttons until some small text appears on the left-hand side of the screen. This usually takes about 30 seconds and appears shortly after the Orca logo. When the text appears, release both power button and volume button at the same time.
Select Recovery Mode by scrolling with the volume up button and confirming with the volume down button. Wait a few moments
Select Wipe data/factory reset, the 6th option in the list, using the volume buttons to scroll and the power button to confirm.
Select Factory data rest using the volume buttons to scroll and the power button to confirm.
The progress of the factory reset is shown in the white text at the bottom right-hand side of the screen. When the bottom text says 'Data wipe complete' select Reboot system now using the power button to confirm.
Once inside, you should soon be prompted to update the Orca Display. Please do so.
