How can I transfer my Core 2 or Display 2 purchase to a different email address?

How to move your Orca purchase to your current Orca account

If you made a purchase with a different email to the one which you use for your Orca account, this can be easily resolved. See the steps below:

  1. On the Orca app, go to go to Main Menu > Settings > Account Details > Manage Account. This will bring you to the Account Overview page.

  2. Scroll down to the Transfer Purchase button, which is in the Products section of the page. See the screenshot below:

3. Add the email address you want to transfer to in the Receipt email section, as well as the receipt code, and press TRANSFER PURCHASE. See the screenshot below:

You cannot transfer your order to a different email address than the one you made the purchase with if the email address you used to make the order is already associated with an existing Orca account.
