What is your refund and purchase transfer policy?

Orca offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all device purchases, such as Orca Core and Orca Display, according to Orca Terms of Service. Device purchases can be gifted or transferred.

If you have made a purchase and would like to transfer ownership, send an email to hello@getorca.com with your original order email, receipt number, and the email you'd like to transfer the purchase to.

Device transfers will also include any unused free subscription access that follows the device purchase.

Subscription purchases made via the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and Orca's own subscription platform are not transferable. Refunds are only available when subscribing via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, according to each store's respective refund policy. See the following links for details:
