To ensure your Orca Display 2 remains in good condition during winter or extended storage, follow these steps:
1. Charge to 60–80%
Charge the battery to around 60–80%. This helps preserve long-term battery health and prevents damage from deep discharge.
2. Fully Power Off
Completely shut down the Display 2. Do not leave it in sleep mode. Use the power button and select “Power off” until the screen turns off.
To check that the device has fully powered off, touch the screen or press any of the buttons (except the power button) and ensure that the Display 2 does not react.
3. Store Indoors
Keep your Display 2 indoors in a dry, temperature-stable location. Do not store it on your boat or in damp, cold, or hot environments.
