B2B purchases are possible in Orca. However, they cannot be made through the normal website checkout page. Instead, they can be done through this link
When you are on the checkout page you can adjust the quantities of the different products accordingly.
What information do I need to provide?
As well as your own name and the desired shipping address, you will need to provide information specific to the business:
Business name
VAT number
You will see a drop-down list on the link to choose the format that matches your country
The VAT you are charged will depend on the shipping address you have selected
Please let us know if you make a purchase and we will process the order.
Unfortunately the B2B payment link is currently not linked directly to our logistics system and so this needs to be processed manually.
Please request to speak to a human once this has been done, the AI agent cannot process this request either.
