Our Chart Coverage
Orca charts are built on top of data from official hydrographic offices, private entities, and our own data collections.
You can explore where Orca has chart coverage in a map here.

Our Routing Coverage
You are able to create automatic routes in most of the regions where we have at least partial chart coverage. However, there are a few exceptions, which include but are not limited to:
Ascension Island
Azores
Cape Verde
Crozet Islands
Falkland Islands
French Southern and Antarctic Lands
Gough Island
Heard Island and McDonald Islands
Lake Constance
Madagascar
Maldives
Mauritius
Saint Helena
Saint Paul and Amsterdam Islands
Senegal
Seychelles
South Georgia and South Sandwich Islands
Sudan
The Gambia
Tristan da Cunha
UAE
We once again strongly recommend downloading the free version of our app from the App Store or Play Store so you can verify the availability of automatic routing capabilities in the regions that specifically interest you.
Automatic routing is not possible in areas of the map where we do not have chart coverage.
Manual routes are not limited by geography and you can create a manual route anywhere in the world. To do so, create a route as usual and then change route type to Manual.
Boating outside our area of coverage?
To request chart or routing coverage for a region where we don't currently have charts or routing capabilities, use our in-app customer support by following these steps:
Go to Main Menu > Guides and Support > Send us a message
Click I'd like to report an issue > Charts > No chart coverage in specific area
Let us know the specific area you'd like us to provide charts for
We'll log your feedback, and if we develop charts for that area in the future, you'll be notified.
Important notes:
Submit separate messages for multiple countries or regions
There are currently no plans to expand chart coverage or routing capabilities to new areas - our focus is on improving existing coverage
