Boating outside our area of coverage?

To request chart coverage for a region where we don't currently have charts, use our in-app customer support by following these steps:

  1. Go to Main Menu > Guides and Support > Send us a message

  2. Click I'd like to report an issue > Charts > No chart coverage in specific area

  3. Let us know the specific area you'd like us to provide charts for

We'll log your feedback, and if we develop charts for that area in the future, you'll be notified.

Important notes:

  • Submit separate messages for multiple countries or regions

  • There are currently no plans to expand chart coverage or routing capabilities to new areas - our focus is on improving existing coverage
