Orca can control autopilots from B&G, Lowrance, Simrad, Raymarine, and Garmin.
To control your autopilot, connect the Orca Core to your autopilot's SimNet/NMEA/SeatalkNG network.
Orca's Autopilot Control is seamlessly integrated into the autopilot network – and it will mirror the controls and status of your standalone autopilot display. Any interaction you make in Orca will be shown on your standalone display and vice versa.
Orca does not support the commissioning of autopilots.
The following models are supported:
B&G, Lowrance & Simrad
NAC-1, NAC-2, and NAC-3
B&G H5000
TP10, TP22 and TP32 via SimNet adapter cable
Simrad AC series via NMEA2000 or SimNet adapter cable
For Nav mode to work on these autopilots, you'll need to set Orca as your Navigation Data source on your Autopilot's Head Unit display.
TP10, TP22, and TP32 must be set into "System mode" for control via Orca. To activate System Mode, press and hold the TACK, STBY/AUTO and NAV keys while turning power on to the autopilot.
Raymarine
Evolution EV-1 and EV-2 via SeatalkNG adapter cable
Older Seatalk/Seatalk1 autopilots via a SeatalkNG adapter + adapter cable
Control of Seatalk autopilots requires a Raymarine Seatalk to SeatalkNG converter kit with part number E22158. Not all Seatalk/Seatalk1 autopilots support control from SeatalkNG. Contact Raymarine support to verify that your autopilot can be controlled via SeatalkNG.
For Nav mode to work with newer Head Unit displays, such as P70RS, and there is no Axiom or Element connected or powered on, you'll need to set a manual magnetic variation.
On the Head Unit display: Go to Menu > Set-up > User Preferences > Variation. Set it to on and add variation.
You find your current variation in Main Menu > My Boat > Connected Devices > Magnetic Declination

Autopilots that support the standard NMEA Navigation and Cross Track PGNs may also work with Orca – but support can be limited and Orca offers no guarantee to work on those devices. Mode change and waypoint advancement are not supported for these autopilots.
