Orca is able to connect to autopilots via NMEA 2000 and SeatalkNG.

To control your autopilot, connect an Orca Core to your autopilot's NMEA/SeatalkNG network. Orca's Autopilot Control is seamlessly integrated into the autopilot network โ€“ and it will mirror the controls and status of your standalone autopilot display. Any interaction you make in Orca will be shown on your standalone display and vice versa.

As of May 2023, the following autopilot brands and models are supported:

  • B&G H5000

  • B&G, Lowrance & Simrad:

    • NAC-1, NAC-2 and NAC-3 via NMEA2000.

    • TP22 and TP32 via SimNet.

  • Raymarine:

    • Evolution EV-1 and EV-2 via SeatalkNG

    • Older Seatalk/Seatalk1 via a SeatalkNG adapter*

  • Garmin:

    • GHP series

    • Reactor series

  • Older NMEA0183 autopilots that support the standard NMEA Navigation and Cross Track PGNs also work with Orca.

* Requires a Raymarine Seatalk to SeatalkNG converter kit with part number E22158.
