Your Orca subscription is linked to the email that you use when logging into Orca. This email can be found at: Main Menu > Settings > Account Details
If you have an active subscription and want to move it to another email address, you can do this yourself by following the instructions below.
When should I use this method?
Use this method when:
You accidentally created a second account using a different email, and your subscription is on the old one.
You want to update the email associated with your existing subscription account.
What are the steps to transfer my subscription?
Delete the account that does not have the active subscription.
Log in > Main Menu > Settings > Account Details > Delete Account
Log in to the account that has the active subscription.
Change the email address to your desired one using the email change system.
Once complete, your subscription will be associated with your new email address.
Example Scenario
If you want to move your subscription from old@email.com to new@email.com:
Delete the new@email.com account.
Log in to old@email.com - the account with the active subscription.
Use the email change feature to update your email address to new@email.com.
If you already created a new account using your desired email, you’ll need to delete that account first before updating the email on your subscribed account.
This is because no two accounts can share the same email address.
If the account you want to transition your subscription out of uses Sign in with Google, email changes cannot be completed automatically.
In these cases, please contact our support team via hello@getorca.com for manual assistance, sharing your receipt number and the e-mail you want the subscription transferred to.
