Your Orca subscription is linked to the email that you use when logging into Orca. This email can be found at:
Main Menu > Settings > Account Details
I have purchased via Apple AppStore or Google PlayStore
To transfer the subscription to another e-mail from Apple AppStore or Google Play Store:
- Sign out of your current Orca account across all your devices 
- Log in with your new email on all your devices 
- On the device that you made your original purchase via AppStore or Play Store: Go to Main Menu > Account Settings > Account Details and press Learn More on any of the subscription plans and then press Restore Purchase from the bottom of the screen 
I have purchased via the Orca website
Contact customer support via hello@getorca.com. Share your receipt number and the e-mail you want the purchase transferred to.
