How do I transfer my subscription to another email?

Your Orca subscription is linked to the email that you use when logging into Orca. This email can be found at:

​Main Menu > Account Settings > Account Details

I have purchased via Apple AppStore or Google PlayStore

To transfer the subscription to another e-mail from Apple AppStore or Google Play Store:​

  1. Sign out of your current Orca account across all your devices

  2. Log in with your new email on all your devices

  3. On the device that you made your original purchase via AppStore or Play Store: Go to Main Menu > Account Settings > Account Details and press Learn More on any of the subscription plans and then press Restore Purchase from the bottom of the screen

I have purchased via the Orca website

Contact customer support via hello@getorca.com. Share your receipt number and the e-mail you want the purchase transferred to.
