I have purchased a boat with an Orca Core and can't connect to it. What do I do?

If you have purchased a boat with an Orca Core that has been used by the previous owner, or you have purchased a second han Orca Core that is still connected to the previous owner's account, you can do one of the following:

a) Ask the previous owner to remove the Core from their account. This can be done via Main Menu > My Boat > Unpair Orca Core.

b) Ask the previous owner to contact Orca support at hello@getorca.com from their account email and authorize Orca to remove the Core from their account.
