If you purchase an Orca device and have an existing Orca subscription, the included 1-year subscription from the device purchase will be added as an extension to your existing subscription cycle.
As an example, if you purchase Orca Plus on the 1st of May 2024 and purchase an Orca Core 1st of July 2024, your next subscription billing date will be the 1st of May 2026 after you've activated your 1-year subscription.
To activate your included year of subscription, you can go to Main Menu > Account Settings > Account Details and follow the steps presented.
You will need to verify your credit card details upon activation, but you will not be charged upon activation of the free year of subscription.
If you have subscribed via Google Play or Apple AppStore, you must cancel your subscription from those stores before activating the free year.
